If you use Comcast (Xfinity) for your I.S.P., you're probably familiar with problems that can arise as a result of a "Comcast Outage" (#ComcastOutage on Twitter).
You may have even seen the "outage map" available here:
If not, and you're wondering if you should just "put up" with the service problems because Comcast is a large company, no, you shouldn't.
It's time to hold them accountable for providing the Internet service you pay for.
From filing a FCC complaint so your voice is at least recorded (it probably won't be heard), to learning more about the U.S. and its ranking worldwide in terms of Internet Service (hint: it's not good at all) ... it's time to hold Comcast (Xfinity) to the standard they should be held to.
It's time to get your money's worth. Spread the word, publish a blog, load Twitter with your thoughts. Call your local politician's office and push for competition.
The Internet is a ubiquitous service, much like your power company ... if your power company had as many power outages as Comcast has #ComcastOutage, what would you do?
Yeah, that's what you need to do about this.
